I don't understand why asking this question is any type of blasphemy. A penis is a perfectly natural, and might I add, common thing. There's nothing inherently dirty nor blasphemous about it, yet I find many religious people (not all) place such stigma on it, and on sex in general. Sex is such a good thing, yet so many people act like its this burdren we're stuck with, and that God is just too "holy" to be associated with it.
Certainly, from the Bible we get the impression that God is male, which is an injustice to womanhood. Many Christians have a problem associating God with the feminine, but ultimately, God is both Mother and Father. Personally, thats how the Trinity factors into my personal spirituality (Father, Child, Mother(Spirit)
Though you may not find much scriptural support for seeing God as Mother, its a theologically consistent conclusion.

I don't think God really has a gender. People say "he" and "him" because of a church that is run by closed minded men that are convinced they are better than woman just because the bible says God created them first. As for any mantion of his almighty penis...I have not yet found any reference to that anywhere in the bible, but if you find one before me let me know.

I don't believe you are blaspheming, just inquiring in a grotesque manner. God is not a he, the Bible was written in a male dominated time so the usage of he was used to describe his being. God just is (for those who believe) God is neither male or female, just simply a being that watches over all. Today many use 'he' still in accordance with historical tradition, but some use her, it's just a pronoun, not an exact sexual label on a higher being.

God or the Anunaki who was called God ,created people to mine gold for him ,about 300.000 years ago
the story of Adam was a symbolic story for the race he created ,
and this Anunaki was known as the creator
the religion was created to control these slaves .
And to give some meaning to their origin and a purpose for their lives
The Anunaki´s descendants (the Illuminati)to this day still control the descendants of these slaves.
And this was not a God ,but a survivor of mars before it was knocked out of its orbit,
so the God you talk about was an Extraterrestrials who was male ,his sexual condition is unknown and the creating he did was with genetic engineering and by cloning .
Maybe that is why his maleness is never mentioned .
but his son, Osiris had a son called Horus, who had a whole cult that worshiped his golden penis ,
after he lost his real one
so that may mean , that his granddaddy also had one.

The Bible, eveytime it mentions God says he or him. It also says God created Adam in his own image.
An example of He or his being used for God can be seen in Genesis ch2:21 Genesis Ch 1:31,Genesis ch 2:2 and many other verses though out the bible.

God is a spirit Being John 4:24, and Psalm 139:7. God has a masculine personality, but He is neither male nor female, He is a Spirit.

I personally believe that GOD is not a "he" or " him", but a force. A force of energy that is everywhere all the time. Unfortunately, anything associated with power is always linked to masculinity when in reality woman are the driving force on this earth.

I dont know I havent met Him/Her/It yet.
But seriously dude, I dont think its wise to question that even if you dont believe in God. The least stroke that you can receive from his Almighty Wrath is your mailbox be clogged up by hate messages the number as many as fish swimming in the Red Sea.

God has qualities of both male and female?? O_o Does that mean he has a penis AND a vagina? That takes the word "ladyboy" to a whole new level.
