If you believe that Adam and Eve were the first two people on the face of the planet, then you naturally have to believe that they had no parents. The best explanation for this belief comes from a "literal" interpretation of the early Genesis story.
However, there has long been debate among adherents to the Abrahamic faiths as to whether Adam and Eve literally and objectively existed. Many Christians, including the Roman Catholic Church, assert that the story is a poetic myth (a fanciful story which, while not describing historical events, still expresses a global truth). They didnt have one! God created Adam from the dust of the Earth and Eve from his rib, this is why men are always mentioned in the Bible first, because they were created first.

Scientist found a man frozen in a block of ice in the late 1940's. First they were amazed at how fine he had been preserved. They called in a specialists and the Dr. took one look at the frozen man and said " OH, my God!! You found Adam!!"
How did he know it was Adam?

Have you read Genesis? The first book in the Bible. God created them. They were the first, the beginning of mankind.
Adam and Eve lived for HUNDREDS of years in PERFECT bodies. They could put out a LOT of children. HUNDREDS.
Incest was not an issue.
Also incest was not even on the books until George Washington said you could not marry your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd cousin.

adam was the first to be created by God, then Eve was created from some part of Adam's body, but i forgot which...

God created them...technically they had no parents....Adam was created from "dust and the breath of life" given to him by God..and God decided he needed a companion to help populate the world so he created Eve out of one of Adam's rib and "dust and the breath of life"
