There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

I can pretty much guarantee that you can lose 5 lbs. in four days if you go on a juice fast. Drink only juice freshly squeezed in a juicer. I use the Champion Juicer. I enjoy carrot juice alot and mix apple, celery or spinich juice in with it. I just came off a juice fast and in the first week I lost 7 lbs. Juicing gives your digestive system a break and also your body can absorb the nutrients in the juice easier than from food. Be sure to prepare your body first by eating mostly raw fruits and veggies for 3 days prior to the fast. And be sure to drink alot of water while on the fast to help flush out toxins.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Try going to the gym and working out for maybe an hour or two in the morning. Then, when you get home carefully overlook the foods you eat. Then either go back to the gym again or go running in the park. Try this for a few days. You can even try Dance Dance Revolution. It works and sometimes it had this system where it counts how many calories you burn.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Drink more water, 2 liters a day so you don't gain as much water weight, then eat more fruits and vegies and run run run. or do some cardio, like biking at least 10 miles a day, on the road not a machine, or rollerblading.

I really wouldn't suggest attempting that its very unhealthy. Exercise and eat healthy but don't expect a major weight loss in 4 days

Eat salads and veggies with no fat (oils, butter, etc). Eat several healthy, small meals a day instead of 3 large. This keeps the metabolism going strong. Also try walking every day.
