You can use a clear semi permanent Prizm. But you might also want to try a good color shampoo & conditoner (Redkin Blonde Glamer or Color Extend) & a shine product like serum - Redkin

Try using a color GLAZE -- it really helps bring out the shine. Also try using hot oil treatments 2-3 times a week to help renourish your hair, thus making it soft & shiny.
