That's Yonge Street south of Bloor Street.

There's a lovely boutique hotel nearby, The Windsor Arms: https://www.windsorarmshotel.com/main.html

You asked for "good". That one is very good but very expensive.

There are about a dozen hotel/motels in a six block radius of 701 Yonge. The closest is a Comfort Hotel on Charles Street

You're right in the heart of the Bloor Yorkville shopping area so you have many choices.

The Windsor Arms (18 St. Thomas St.) is definitely very nice. I've attended many wine functions there and it's gorgeous.
If you want a chain, The Marriott Bloor-Yorkville is around the corner on Bloor St. There's also the Four Seasons Hotel on Avenue Rd, the Park Hyatt, the Prince Arthur and the Inter-Continental Hotel.

Hope that helps. None of them are particularly cheap but they are all very nice.
