depending on the persons drive and motivation and a persons built type , its all possible to loose about 1 to 2 pounds a week(7days) do pace yourself right, eat right no fast food, exercise alot you need to burn atleast 500 calories a day from exercise 3500 calories = 1 pound of body weight

Lets see.... Took me 9 months to gain 30 pounds with each child, and about 20 minutes to lose with the first child, 4 months the second child, and the third.... well..... I have my own question posted same topic. It's gonna take me forever!!!! Good luck to you though!
