Which U.S. city and/or state has the best girls?

My pick is TEXAS! Yeah, Texas! Talk about hot and friendly!

Much better than the ones in Kentucky. They're hot, but are more stuck up and conceited than even NY or NJ girls (I know, I've been to NY and NJ, also.)
