He does not love you he just loves what he can get from you. Get away.

Anyone would read that and say the answer was obvious - dump him, but because you posted this question, that's not the answer you're looking for.
What you really have to ask yourself is, "Can I really be happy with him? Will I always worry about him cheating on me again? Will it bother me if he does cheat again?"

If he's done it 3 times, he'll probably do it again, but since you want to be with him, do you think you'll be happier staying with someone who makes you happy, but will probably hurt you again, or happier being single for a while before finding someone new?

Do what makes you happy :)

take the future kid and run far away, and run by your lawyers on your way out and sort out custody and child support. he's cheating on you with THREE people, one person should have been a red flag. If you love someone, especially the mother of your child, you don't go out on them. Leave the loser, you're much better off without him. If not for you then for your baby, what kind of example is their father going to be for them? How will it be for them when dad is still cheating on mom and they're old enough to understand what's happening?

All who have posted have given you great advice- When I was in the same situation, I had to decide that I was "worth" being respected. You are worth it and you will see that once you end the relationship that you can hold your head high and leave with some dignity still intact. Respect and love yourself enough to not accept unacceptable behavior. Just my suggestion and experience.

Honey, the man is using you and before you get some illness or pregnant with his child - end it NOW! You need to understand why you are allowing him to do this to you. Find some self esteem and quit being treated like trash. Love does not hurt.

he may claim that he loves you, but don't listen to him! If he's cheating on you with 3 women, he doesn't care enough about you enough to make a commitment. Heres my advice: DUMP HIS A**!

Are you kidding? That really is a horrible story. What could he possibly be doing that actually makes you have to wonder what you should do?

I think you should leave him.....and oh......he doesn't love you.

Cheating isn't love, it's disrespectful. There is no love in disrespect. Time for him to grow up. Time for you to say goodbye.
