you should always have an up to date will, at all ages, its just common sense.

You can write your will any time... there's no legal time frame.. the sooner the better but keep it updated, especially if your personal wealth changes greatly.
Even if you're young.. if you want specific things to go to specific people, having a will can prevent fighting between family and friends. Whether you go to a lawyer (which is expensive) or do it yourself.. then have it notarized... a will is important.
If you have any value... net worth.... etc... it's a must.
Cheers!

I reccomend you write it before you are 40. You will probally live till you are 70 or so but it is better to write it early then to just wait and never write one!

When you have big important properties like a house or a piece of land. And all this before dying, but if you're young I guess you don't really think about it. But when you're like 30 and you ALSO have a family (have somebody to inherite them) or relatives, than I think that's the best time. But it's always never too early really.

As soon as you can, its even more important if you have kids, property or anything of value. You don't want to leave them to the wrong people.

As early as possible. You can die getting hit by a car tomorrow. Sucks but true.
