All natural peanut butter does NOT have trans fat. Try that instead.

We are 'addicted' to fast/processed foods. As long as food is convenient and tastes good, most people will continue to eat it. It is human nature to 'believe' that 'tomorrow never comes'. Also, I suspect most people are not really aware of the issue.

Well it's not like I'm going out and opening up a fresh can of "Trans fat". We can't help what they put in our foods.

Although I do avoid it as much as possible, but there are some things that I eat that still have it, like my favorite - peanut butter.
