Yes, it becomes a control issue. If you are in this situation or know of someone who is, TALK TO SOMEONE IN PERSON OUTSIDE OF YOUR FAMILY WHO YOU CAN TRUST. A religious leader, teacher, police officer, keep talking until someone does something to help you get out of there.

Why do I have a feeling this person who you are having sex with is way older.
If my gut is right, you need to tell parents or go to the police... they will help you! Child protective services too.

In case I am wrong...
I wouldn't have sex with extended family for the same reason I wouldn't have sex with someone at work.. you can't get away from them (family functions.. christmas etc.) and then jealousy kicks in when you find someone else.. etc. etc. etc. .. I don't think I am wrong though...
