Yes, homosexuality is SO unnatural that it's found extensively in hundreds of vertebrate species. Click on the link below to learn about all of God's creatures who are going to hell for their "chosen" lifestyle. I don't expect very many homophobic Christians here to read it, of course, but maybe a few of them won't mind being educated. Every little bit helps in the war against sexual ignorance.

no one has a difinitive answer to this question because few people are willing to support the theory. however in mapping the human genome several researchers have found evidence that supports the theory that sexual orientation is inborn. there are also several theories that have to do with the genes and chemicals the fetus is exposed to in the womb, for example, Lesbians are often found to be exposed to or produce more testosterone than hetero women.
Certain disorders and syndromes are also found to have a bearing on human sexuality, almost 80% of women who have Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome identify themselves as Lesbian.
many of these theories are in very early stages, but there has been significant proof to show that there is a gene-grouping that is indicative of sexual orientation.

Hetero-sexual people are the ONLY people who bread. That's how we REPRODUCE. Hetero-sexuality is the DEFINITION of human reproduction. Homosexuality cannot EXIST without Hetero-sexuals. At best, Homosexuality is symbiotic, at worst, parasitic. Try arguing that Gay's are benign, you'll make more sense.

I'll see the other answerer's 'heterosexual bonding' and raise the bar a bit:
Is it not BIOLOGICALLY NECESSARY for male sperm to bond with female eggs in order for the human species to have survived thus far? (I'm talking about the thousands of pre-cloning generations, of course!)
I would submit that the very existence of the two genders needed for propagation is actual genetic proof of the tendency toward heterosexuality.

The increase of the population is sufficient to show that there is a strong drive for heterosexual sex (which is what CAUSES CHILDREN). People without x or y chromosomes do not have this drive to reproduce. The sensible conclusion is that there is a gene or genes which drive this behavior; the absence or defect of which will lead to sexual dysfunctions.

most of the arguments that try to use logic against someone who is gay seem to settle on we are only here due to sex with a female and that should be a bred in choice-almost sounds like someone is arguing for evolution-pretty cool even if not intented-however it leaves out one major point that being sex is also used for purposes besides procreation that being pleasure-elimates the argument-good try just doesnt work-keep the peace old hippie here

Try the medicine or science category. How would you expect the normal everyday people here to be able to provide you with proof of ANY gene?

Good answer dad0three. This is a ridiculous question. Asking something like this would be like me holding a red shirt and telling you to prove to me that it's not blue.

Gen 2:23 And Adam said, This [is] now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

you can't prove the homosexual gene.
I believe you are on this earth because of heterosexual bonding.
