well you gots to be gentle with her and always let her talk about her. Always get close but not too close because they somthimes need their space.

get off-line and go out side, girls want to get laid just as bad as you do. a simple "hello" is all i said to my now wife.

talk to girls at your school. be yourself and dont do anything out of the ordinary to try to be "cooler" or more appealing.
