Easy. Put yogurt and fruit in a blender and turn it on. You might want to add a little honey or sugar. You can also use milk. You can put in ice if your blender will take it. for dairy free smoothie use tofu instead of milk or yogurt. Melons are good. also mango, berries, just about any fruit, really. Also, you can omit all the tofu and dairy and use water or fruit juice. The possibilities are endless.

I use a 1 cup any flavor yogurt, 1 banana, sometimes a peach or strawberries. A little milk and some frozen yogurt if you have it. Put in 2-3 ice cubes, blend and serve! It's great and the whole family loves it! I have also used orange juice and pineapple juice instead of milk and that works great too. Enjoy!

Dude, get a blender and put into it -- in this order -- a standard size bag of frozen fruit of choice, a cup of similarly fruit flavored yogurt, a teaspoon of sugar (optional), a scoop of protein powder, enough fruit juice to cover the mixture, and then blend. Good times!

Fruit of your choice, a tablespoon of water, and a bunch of ice...just put them into a blender and mix it...yogurt isn't necessary.

Slice up some bananas, strawberries, whatever fruit suits your fancy. Then add some soy milk or R.W. Knudsen's pineapple-coconut nectar & some ice, and blend to desired thickness (add more ice, banana, milk, juice or other fruit as necessary).
