When we are judged will we not be judged by the same laws ! when Eve was fooled was not Adam fooled also , side by side people ! who has caused all the wars in time ?

Yes we should stand side by side. Sure God made Adam first, but he took the rib out of Adam's side, and then made Eve making them equal in his sight as human beings and free to make choices, but we are all held accountable by the actions we do and the things we say or don't do or say.

God created man and woman to help each other and stand side by side as far as the woman taking care of her jobs and the man taking care of his, that is why we are so different, we compliment each other and work as a team.

Although we have different roles to play in society or in the family, each person is responsible for him/herself and are equal in God's eyes.
But you have to consider too, that one of the heaviest responsibilities God gave to men is as the leader of the family unit, he has to ensure his family's spiritual health. Therfore, if his wife or children are not Godly people, then he needs to answer for that.
