Is it better to wake up and have the whole day ahead of you, or stay up late while? everyone is sleeping

Waking up early is better for you, but i have to admit that i stay up late and wake up late.

Its better to stay up late. You miss a lot less if you stay up, than if you get up early. Most events worth being at or seeing happen after dark.

As you get older the days aren't long enough. You want to both get up early and stay up late.

Everyone is different. However, as a general rule, it is healthier to get up early in the morning. Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. Ben Franklin was right.

stay up late for sure. I could go to bed at 8pm or 1am and feel the same when I wake up. I hate mornings.

It is better to wake up and have the whole day ahead of you, because you get less cranky, your stress is lighter( I think), and you get "refreshed."

I like sleeping all day and staying up all night. I don't think that is healthy tho.
You should try to get up at the latest. 10 am
