You're either referring to hives (an allergic reaction) or goose bumps. If they are hives, stop using whatever it was that brought on this episode. If it persists then see your doctor immediately. You may try to counteract them by taking Benadryl allergy tabs as needed as well as Primatene mist for any breathing problems or wheezing. When and if in doubt, always go have it checked out.

most likely an allergic reaction to soap, deorderant, detergent, food, or medicine. could also be contact dermatitis. if this is a contiunal problem, start keeping a diary of new foods, soaps, etc that you are using.

if this is in your genital region, you need to checked for an std

dust mites. Have you ever seen one? they are discusting. Go to googgle and look theem up in images.My daughter had the same thing. I vacuumed her maattress. flipped and vacummed the other side. You need to dusst and theen wipee everything down with a soap solution. Go to the doc!

Probably an allergic reaction to something...lotions, laundry soaps, bath soaps, etc.

Sometimes from fear or apprehension...similar as when a cat bristles up and reacts similar. Also a cold feeling on the skin will cause this.
