If man is in fact created in god's image, and all men include all races, then wouldn't god be a mix of all races? If this is so, then the answer, within the limits of your criteria, Asian or American, would have to be American since that would include all races!

If you are going to take this literaly, then God would have to look like an African, as there is a good deal of evidence showing that humanity traveled across the entire world from African origins.
So, in that respect, the movie "Bruce Almighty" is accurate in using Morgan Freeman as God.

Cute question. But I believe that when the Bible says that man is made in God's image, it means in the spiritual sense not the physical sense. It means that we are also spiritual beings.

It does not mean in a physical way, God created us in his image because like him we have the ability to think, rationalize and to have freedom of choice, unlike animals or other living beings.
