I would eat dinner. I would also see a doctor to see if you are developing anorexia.
Anorexia is known to be a life threatening condition that can put a serious strain on many of the bodies organs and physiological resources. A recent review of the scientific literature outlined a number of reliable findings in this area. Anorexia puts a particular strain on the structure and function of the heart and cardiovascular system, with slow heart rate (bradycardia) and elongation of the QT interval seen early on. People with anorexia typically have a disturbed electrolyte imbalance, particularly low levels of phosphate which has been linked to heart failure, muscle weakness, immune dysfunction, and ultimately, death. Those who develop anorexia before adulthood may suffer stunted growth and subsequent low levels of essential hormones (including sex hormones) and chronically increased cortisol levels. Osteoporosis can also develop as a result of anorexia in 38-50% of cases, as poor nutrition lead to the retarded growth of essential bone structure and low bone mineral density.

It sounds as if you're suffering from an eating disorder which is a very serious thing. Why don't you try getting some counseling to try to sort through things. You're not over weight and nowhere close to being over weight. As a matter of fact I'm pretty sure that you are at your target weight. Just try eating some fruit!!! Watermelon would be great because you can eat it and then pee it all out!!!! Now I know that you can feel good about that. If you will do a search on proper food combining you will see that there is a certain way to eat your food. All food groups do not digest well together in our system leaving a lot of excess waste. If you combine the right foods together you will not have to worry about a lot of excess waste and therefore you will not have to worry about gaining weight. Take care of yourself and eat healthy!!!

I eat breakfast everyday and eat again EVERY THREE HOURS!! I am in wonderful shape!!! When you eat every three hours it speeds up your metabolism and you will burn fat more quickly. Your body NEEDS food!! Especially breakfast. Statistics show that people who do NOT eat breakfast are usually OBESE or OVERWEIGHT!! You are the perfect weight for your height. I am 5'2 114 pounds. I eat ALL DAY. I also lift weights 3-4 times a week. You need to eat. If you eat the right foods you will not be fat. Trust me.....I eat like a pig and I am in perfect shape. Have yogurt or healthy cereal...how bout fruit or pita bread with peanut butter on it. Just dont have a donut, honeybun, or frootloops!!!

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Listen hear missy you are NOTTTTTTTTTTTTT Fat.
Here is a science lesson. If you don't eat, your body's motabolism slows down so that when you actually eat a meal it will hold on to the fat.
The trick is to eat little portions of healthy food through out the day. I would kill to be 120!!

Well how old are you?It cant be healthy for you to not eat.In fact you can gain more wait because what little you do it will have to be stored as fat to keep the nutirents in.So if your afraid of gaining weight just excercise more and stay off the junk food.

You'll end up getting an eating disorder if you starve yourself. Eating doesn't make you fat, not exercising and eating unhealthily makes you fat. You're probably perfect weight right now, if you worry less about being fat odds are you're way more likely to end up not being fat... if you worry about weight you'll end up obsessing over it and becoming either too fat or way too skinny. Eat!! Not eating will probably help you put on weight.

Oh, for God's sake. You should eat something at least twice a say. Instead of starving yourself, just cut down your food portions and eat healthier foods. ;) You don't want to make yourself sick or underweight.

are you fasting? if so that's one thing. but if this is to lose or maintain your weight, you're setting yourself up to fail.
in order to maintain your weight, you need a healthy combination of nutritious food & exercise. six small meals a day that includes fruits, vegetables, a calcium source, whole grains, proteins (vegan, vegetarian or omnivore) & unsaturated or monosaturated fats. that's the pyramid i invite you to visualize in your head.
BTW - at 5'3 to 5'4" at 120 lbs., you are NOT fat. please know.
