Go to the dentist and until you can get in use Anbesol on the gum by the tooth to ease the pain.

weeellll.. make an appointment with the dentist first of all. In the mean time, take some ibuprofen (with food!) or acetaminophen to help with the pain.
Don't worry just yet. Sometimes funny things can cause toothaches. Believe it or not, if you have a sinus infection, the sinus pressure can actually cause what feels like a toothache!

Whenever you get a toothache you can take a over the counter painkiller (analgesics), then you muast visit a dentist to find out the cause of tooth pain and get it treated.

I feel for you, I'm in the midst of a root canal! Go to the dentist, don't let the tooth go on aching for awhile, that's what I did and I'm in trouble now for it.

I was going to say go to the dentist, but someone beat me to it.
How about...tie a string on it. Tie the other end of the string to a door knob. Slam the door. Your gums might be a little sore, but I bet the tooth don't hurt no more!

clove oil it taste nasty but nums your teeth that is what i use but i figured how to beat the taste but it in some water and rinsh and spit it out clove oil can be found at your local pharamacy best of luck

before you can get to the dentist you can swish your mouth with vodka to numb the pain. It really works.
