She is definetly not ignoring or playing prank on me. So the second time asked her out she told me that, she only goes out with me when I become handsome- like thats will happen. So I still asked her again and again but her reponse as been never been positive.

Move on from her. I know you may like her but she seems really shallow not to like you cause she doesn't like the way you look because you seem like a really sweet guy that cares about her alot to keep asking her out so my best advice is to move on and find someone who will care about you as much as you do about them.

Its unlikely.
Besides u should find a girl who likes u for u and not like that girl.
Trust me it is a big waste of your time most girls like that think they r like perfect and think that they can get the hottest guy on the planet. Sooner or later she will figure out that that will not happen and trust me u don't want to wait around for her to figure this out.
