oh, man... Harsh! but seriously, the best way is to come out and say it. don't play, don't be melodromatic, just say "you're cool and all, but I just don't see it working out. Sorry!" and then keep it light.
If you've already said it and she doesn't get the hint or thinks she can change your mind, cussing is generally appropriate at this juncture. Swear words were meant to make a strong point, and this would be one of those times. "Look, Zanatul, I told you. I'm not interested. now stop stalking me and leave me the F*** alone!"
Next step is a restraining order, but the other two should work just fine. Good luck, and try not to be too mean!

You have a problem. Is there any other girl you like? Or do you have any 'girl friends'? If it's a yes to any of these questions, just try to get your crush to like you, or beg your 'girl friend' to become your girlfriend for that time being. It's easier to work with the 'girl friend' one. It shows that you're not interested in that girl, and that you just want her to lay off. Gd luck and hope this helps.
