can have very different opinions about religion and still be able to be the best friends ever?

That is a great thing. That means that you and your friend are both very strong and intelligent people who won't be swayed by others beliefs.

Yes, and one of my best friends happens to be an atheist. I'm a devout Catholic and couldn't care less what religion others are as long as they're happy, but I do at times feel discriminated against by members of some other religions...and I think that's just so sad, we should all be able to get along no matter what our beliefs are.

Its a really great thing when people can put aside any difference and still be good friends.I know of a couple that even though they had different religions and were both active in their churches have a great marriage.They even balance raising kids in both religions.

Definitely. I think when we can put aside our differences and learn to see each other as true individualswe have come a far way.

Yes it is, I am a Pagan and one of my best friends is Prechers daughter. Her father dose not know this though, and I imagin that it will remain that way.

My husband and I are of two different faiths and we co-exist...LOL. I mean, he's great. Even though he doesn't share my beliefs, he attends church with me and our child so we can attend as a family.
