God didn't create atheists. They created a ill-will against God which is disobedience and lack of knowledge. They lack purpose in life and people who believe have purpose in life and for humanity as a whole.

God created atheists to help push His people back to the truth. I have had religious discussions with so called "atheists" and it always drives me further into the bible for more proof to discredit them. Most people (and not just believers) feel this way after talking with an atheist, and interestingly enough, most atheists do not remain non-believers for life.

And to give some meaning to their origin and a purpose for their lives

God did not create atheists. Freedom of choice and a sinful nature caused atheists to exist.

God didn't create atheists. God created man. Man sinned and ultimately CHOSE to be atheists. He loves us so much that He gave us the free will to choose our lot in life, even if that meant choosing not to be with Him.

Christians created god in their own image. I guess that's why god sucks so much.
Atheists created the Easter Bunny and he's so sweet and brings wonderful gifts to everyone.
Doesn't Jesus say 'you will know them by their fruits'?

God created human beings to be " Free Moral Agents" to serve him or not it's our choice, if he only creates people who will adore him he 'd be like a dictator, he loves us all despite the way we treat him, I know if I was God I 'd probably destroy most of the humanity, but God's love is so big that we can not comprehend it with our tiny minds. lets just be thankful for our freedom of choice and praise him.

Um, God wasn't like, "Oh here's the atheist, here's the catholics, here's the buddhist, etc."
He created people with a free will so they have they get to choose. You wouldn't want to be forced to do anything, would you?
