and its should be free of cost and also not frm microsoft's site's.

directx is a microsoft product, find it from microsoft's website. GL 2 usually comes with the update for your video card. figure out what video card you have, go to that manufacture's website, and get the update for your video card, it should come with support for Open GL 2

you gotta get directx from microsoft, but you can find opengl at the opengl site. Try to find someone who has a new game that has directx on the cd
