You might be able to physically, but morally and psychologically wrong. Society DOES NOT APPROVE. you should wait until at least 18. you are way too young to even enjoy sex, so wait until 18 where you are mature enough to understand it. Sex should be between two people are love and care for each other very much.

Why not concentrate on getting a real life and not playing into anyone elses ideas of sex at 13. There are so many better things for you to be concentrating on!

why would u want to have sex at that age???? your body isnt mature and you arent mature enough to handle the consequences of your actions...dont have sex and maybr just be friends for a few more years cuz your both very young and not ready for what love can throw at you

I couldn't imagine my daughter having sex at 11? She has no idea. the maturity level on this.

it's not satutory rape cuz their both underage, but it's not a good idea either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! neither one of them are old enough or mature enough to handle the phsical, psychological, and emotional difficulties that come from having a physical/ sexual relationship. where are the parents? if this is truely happening, if this is a real question, then what hope is there for these kids (and they are KIDS) future?
