It's all based the phone you have and manufacturer, this goes will all wireless providers, your handset has to have bluetooth.

if you go to the nextel shop and you ask them if your phone is bluetooth then yes :) you might wanna ask with the model make im sure someone will look it up for you and it dosnt matter which service because all of hem proived phones with and without blue tooth
