just make a bottle that looks lagit and then put sugar water in it and say its truth serum!!!
send it to yourself in the mail from "Jakes potion store"

if you know the truth and you feel you are innocent.. then the serum lies in your mind and acceptance is the issue. All you can do is hope for the best and have faith that over time people around you will also be stumped by the mysteries of whatever the situation may be and search for an alternative to the perceived theories. Give the lies and disbelief time to unravel... Stick to your story and your unfaltering attitude will become more and more believeable as each day passes. Soon, you will be given the benefit of all doubt and the issue will be resolved with a positive outcome.. may be all wishful thinking.. but even that is a step better than falsely being labeled as guilty :P

It depends on who you are proving your innoncence too, secondly truth serum is a very powerful drug and its not something you can just get offhand, or even onhand for that matter, if you were an FBI or CIA agent you might be able to get some, otherwise, tough luck.

You'd have to search the internet. But even if you find it they probably wouldn't accept your innocence anyway (in court). It has something to do with chemical influence.
