Ah, just tell her to shave it! as long as she keeps shaving it she won't have any major problems. If she only does it once or twice then it's not worth doing.

Yep...scissors. lol Shaving is a bad scene...like sandpaper in your underwear but just keeping it tame is the best bet. Good luck with that.

Try conditioner, or some of that "no tangles" stuff for little girls' hair.
Other than that, try trimming it or shaving.
