The man who is offered would feel insult to his dignity. Offended, he may beat the other. What would be legal aspect under Freedom of Speech.

It's called prostitution and it's illegal. All three would be chargeable and your freedom of speach argument wouldn't hold up as a defense. The problem being you have the freedom to say it but when you actaully make the exchange it becomes a crime. If you're wanting this guy to beat you up then you can surely try the freedom of speech arguement. Freedom to be a complete idiot might be a better defense of your actions. If you're looking to provoke a fight with this fellow over his girlfriend freedom of speech would be inrelevant. I do hope he beats some sense into your head and you get charged with inciting a violent act. It's idiots like you looking for loopholes in freedom of speech that mire the water beyond clarity. Nothing wrong with securing another mans girlfriend with money ? Calling her a prostitute by implication , I'd have to beat you myself.

It is covered under the first ammendment. Any one person can say basically anything (within reason) to any other person. Even if it is offering money for an unjust reason, it is covered.
