Raw fish like Tuna, Salmon, Mackarel and Yellowfish. Also Raw Oysters and Raw Clams... Cooked Shrimps, lobster, octopus, conch, crab, eel.

A lot of greens like spinach, broccolli ans asparagus. Carrots and Green Beans....

Whole grains, frijoles ****** (black beans) and vinegar base hot sauce...

But you should try to get Iron from a Vitamin Supplier... go to GNC, they will help you. There also Iron shots, ask your doctor.

liver, ground beef, fortified cereals (quaker squares have a bunch of iron). or take an iron supplement, its tough on the tummy so take with food!

molasses, liver, spinach, to name a few - actually 2 tablespoons of molasses in the a.m. and p.m. will help signifcantly.
