First off, you need to know why you have edema. Do you have diabetes, lymphedema, vein problems, heart problems, kidney malfunction? If you don't know why you have edema to start with you need to find out and not fiddle with essential oils. You'd need blood work, urine tests, heart tests, and vein tests, then if ruled out illnesses, they would look towards lymphedema. No essential oil is going to reduce edema. They may claim they do, but having lymphedema myself and researching for years, I know better.
