Many answers where in regards to angels.. so If god made angels and they where perfect and lacking of freedom of choice then how did his most promising angel come to turn against him... He had no free will???

And keep in mind I have read the bible 3 times, and I am a christian... But these are questions that reading the bible and not being just told the bible have brought up in my own mind.

Well i reccomend to keep reading the bible is only a select few of the myraid of writings out there. Personally I am agnostic and don't believe hardly anything of the bible, too many contradictions et scientific errors and just absurdities. But anyway look at the nazorean essenes, gnostic xians, islam texts, zorastrian texts, etc there were many influences on xianity. here's two sites to begin with to get an understanding of what you have read in the bible. Sorry I can't really answer your question it is one of MANY contradictions in the bible. If you want some of the other contradictions the bottom site is just one of many sites out there. This site has some errors on it i've found when checking the verses in my greek new testiment some are explainable but many of them are not explained clear contradictions in the bible that will never be explained such as your angel contradiction. The church over the yrs changed things to correct some of the errors often unsuccessfully viz pater, filius et spiritus sanctum (father, son and holy ghost) that catholics made up to explain a contradiction of jesus being a god. Early xian followers you'll find did NOT believe jesus to be god at all. It was a hundred yrs later before that was declared and accepted by the church. One common contradiction of this is when jesus was supposedly on the cross saying, “Eloi, Eloi, lamma sabachthani?” – Passion narrative in the Gospel of Mark 15:34 “:My god, my God, why didst Thou forsake me?” (also elsewhere in the main cannon, but can't remember the verse) Now if jesus=god why did he refer to him as father and ask for his god on the cross? heck its also a contradiction that he was cruxified at all peter the only apostle that didn't run away said he wasnt' cruxified at all agreeing with islam texts and the gnostic xians. Elsewhere we find he was put on a tree i think said by john and it wasn't a cross anyway it was a 'stamos' greek meaning 'stake'... but here's something to consider do you accept teachings thru paul that never knew jesus or peter and mary who didn't flee and that actually knew jesus personally? if so you might check the apocalpse of peter and gospel of mary for a more crediable source on jesus' teachings. anyway i'm just rambling now but if you have the courage read up on these other sources including contradicting things to your beliefs. I've always found attachment to beliefs makes you narrowminded to other views and information that doesn't agree with what you currently believe. Perhaps it's time to open your mind a little, learn of other view points and do some thinking on your own? If you'd like to learn more about xianity you besides these sites i've got more and am a regular in yahoo chat religion room 2, there i have some friends who know the bible very well if i can't answer your question they may be able to give you some answers on things. stay gold.

I have been a Christian for 6 yrs. I have yet to make it thru the Bible all the way. It can not be read with any understanding, even by a believer, as a novel from cover to cover.

I did not even own a Bible when I accepted God's Call.

The subject of free will is not specificatly mentioned in The Bible. It is a subject of debate among various "denominations"

It is my firm belief that Free Will is very much emplyed throughout God's Word. The Angels do indeed have free will. That is why 1/3 were cast out. They made the wrong "free will" choise.

The common beliefs of "the world" concerning Angels is not , for the most part Biblical in any way. Most espacialy Holywoods angels.
and there are no "cards" going to give anyone any insight on Angels either.

Where in the Bible have you learned that Angels dont have free will? According to the Bible they do:

Jude 1:6 And the angels who did not stay within their own position of authority, but left their proper dwelling, he has kept in eternal chains under gloomy darkness until the judgment of the great day--

Happy to help

Angels in Heaven are folks you know and love that are not on Earth at this moment. The named Angels I think are department heads or teachers that can help you in a particular area when things get stuck.

The important thing to remember is that the only way to reach "home" and get help with problems is to pray or meditate upon the desired outcome. It's not always a great translation / connection from here to heaven, so just focus on the desired outcome only (like the old restaurant rule "if you don't want it, don't say it").

Well maybe you have lots of '?' because you are not having feith in God at all it really matters more if you read the bible well one time then reading the bible three times and still question God why like you said "i read the bible three times" still not understand it ? the answer is simple you dont have faith and you are not praying before reading the bible or you just dont want to understand it and please DONT QUESTION GOD.

Consider that for God to demonstrate His Love and Grace and Righteousness, that there had to be an example of the other side. Taking that view, it could be said that the fall of Lucifer was planned by God.

I disagree with Caroline...although I don't ARGUE with God, I think He wants us to use our brains. I don't know the answer to your question, just wanted to show support for your thirst of His knowledge. I think He welcomes questions that will draw a person closer to Him.
