Rubbing Alcohol and move it as you add alcohol. Watch for pus. THAT will be a very bad sign.

It sounds normal right now. My friend had one and she could bearly sit and turn her waist. But after a week or two she was fine. It can take up to a year to heal, and maybe even more if you keep bumping it everywhere. That could cause your body to reject the piercing. So avoid touching it, unless you are cleaning it, and don't over clean it either. Just wash it with sea salt soaks, make sure your hands are clean before you touch it and watch out for pus. When your piercing is still new, and it gets a little crust on it, its ok, thats normal, its called lymph. (skin tissue, renewing itself and trying to accept the new piercing). Hope it helps.

That sounds normal . If you keep hitting it at work work that will make it sore and prolong the healing proses . Make sure you wash it with antibacterial soap every day also mix some sea salt with warm water and let that sit on your piercing it will promote healing . and don't mess around with it . It takes like six months for it to heal all the way . and do not clean it with alcohol !

Yea it really is all everyday with a piercing. Its gonna damage and be sore because you in reality punctured a hollow on your body. The crust merely in reality ability its therapeutic. Redness would not continuously recommend its contaminated. provide your piercing time to heal. a minimum of three months.

normal, unless there is puss. sea salt is great 2 times a day. i mixed it is a small cup and tipped it up on by belly and let it sit there about 5 minutes and soak. felt good and helped. they should have given you after care instructions, read those if they did, all else fails and you are still concerned call the people that did it.

Signs of infection are pain reddness, swelling and bad smelling drainage. If you must have one of these piercings, they must be kept very clean. check with the doctor.

Makes it all soapy and do this every time you bathe for a few days! It works!
