My friend always leaves a poo stain on the toilet seat after he uses my toilet, would it be rude for me to ban him from using my bathroom? How would you handle that situation and what advice do you have for him?

Put a sign over the toilet that reads:

THE TOILET SEAT IS WHITE..... LET'S KEEP IT THAT WAY.

Tell your friend a story when he is around. Tell him in a way like you don't know who did it. Tell him that your doctor told you the infection you got (white lie) came from fecal matter. Then say to your friend--I don't know how that could be because I nerve actually sit on a toilet anywhere, except at home. I wonder who has been setting on my toilet and has an infection like that and how it spread to me.. Hmmm...I always clean my toilets after my friends or family visit and I just wonder what is wrong... I he is nosy about your infection, tell him it was one that gave you cramps and you got really sick and then went to the doctor about it.
Maybe he will check before he leaves the bathroom --he may be and probably was unaware at that point that he was the culprit. I can't see anyone doing that on purpose--it would be embarrassing. So see if that works.

First I might would just say something like someone is doing it. Yes, wierd conversation, but maybe he doesn't notice and may become more observant. If he doesn't take the hint, say something like, "omg it's you that's doing it." Then the humiliation will set in. Then he should clean after himself, most definitely. Also, think of the situation and try to handle it the way you think he would if it were the other way around.

Always check after pooing. If there are any stains wipe it off. If you can ban him, do it. If not, you have to clean it after he uses it.

Your friend should poo in his own toilet, not at your place to begin with!

Hide the toilet paper, and don't tell him where it is until he cleans the seat.
