Talk to him. Ask him why he lied, and after he has told you tell him that you forgive him. If you still like him after he has explain why he has lied then go for it. A relationship has its ups and downs, so forgiving must aways be there. And there is something called peer pressure too. That can make people say things that they really don't want to say.

Liking a liar is not to your advantage. Regardless of the truth, take him at face value. If he told you something and tells everyone else something else he needs to live with his reality (what he told everyone else). Keep away from him. If he is true to you, then he'll fix it. Get on with your life. A good motto to live by when it comes to guys...."Next!"

It is best to tell him that you don't like liars and give him the boot. (tell him to hit the road). In all honesty, someone that will lie to you, would not deserve your trust or love. You would never have a great future with them.

Forget him, do you really want to be with a liar, you'll neer be able to trust anything he says. I found out my ex was a liar and it made me doubt everything he ever said to me, even I love you.

Well it depends on what he lied about I suggest talking to him and see where you can end up. GOOD LUCK.

Evidently you liked the image he was projecting. In other words, if that image wasn't true, it wasn't him you liked... Probably ought to face up to it and move on.
