Depends on where you want to kiss him. On the cheek, no biggy. But on the lips, i don't know, just don't do it when his girlfriend is near.

It depends one the kind of kiss. If it was a innocent kiss goodbye, if it was a more intense kiss, come on girl he has a girlfriend and you, within a month will be unavailable. Either way I wouldn't tell the girlfriend.

You're asking this because you probably have more than feelings of friendship for him. In which case I would say don't even kiss him on the cheek.
Two casual friends with no 'extra' feelings can have friendly cheek kisses, but if any party has feelings, I'd not advance beyond a friend hug.

It's NOT OK to give a passionate kiss.
If it's a friendly kiss, then fine, on the cheek or hand.
Don't be disrespectful to the "other" female and his relationship with her. Just because she "isn't looking" or isn't there, doesn't give you the right.

well thats okay to do that but if you kiss this guy and the feelings the same then there are some big questions for the guy you kissed is his girlfreind that he is seeing it maybe not working out, but he would have to be honest to his girlfreind number one, and 2nd if he doing this too you he may have others as well.
so best to let him sort out his girlfreind first and be honest .

If neither you or him has a problem with it, then the only other party is the girlfriend. My girlfriend would kill me if another girl kissed me; even if it was just a friend and done in a friendly way. But other girls, maybe they don't care.
If I was in your shoes I wouldn't have done it.
