DO NOT CHASE THEM... if you chase them they're likely to run away for good.
I'm assuming you want to catch them to tame them. I'd set some food out for them. They'll come around eventually... just be sure to be nice to them if you want them to stay around.

when i was trying to catch a kitten i brought it food & then just kinda sat there & waited. when the kitten came up i didn't try to catch it i
just let it eat. It took a few days but the kitten began to trust me.after a few nights of that it became comfortable with my whole family. so be patient & let it begin to trust u then it will be easier to catch!

Ring a bell! Put up signs! Call the pound! If they are just kittens I think you must hurry because they could get smashed by trucks but the chance is only 90% the other 9% someone will keep it. 1% it will come back.

When I caught a kitten we used a can of the store bought wet kitten food and gave little scoops to the kitten. We slowly got them to creep out and come to us. You could also try getting them to chase a string, most kittens enjoy that.

you can go where the mother cat is. the kittens may be around with her kittens often. or bring food out if they are able to eat soild food.

go here kitty kitty really fast. put out food or use a string to get them you know play with them why do want to catch them are they outdoors? good luck finding them and catching them

You could get traps with food in them but they have to blend in because cats are very crafty creatures

Well, separately, you can imitate cat noises and lead them with a trail of cat food, then snatch them quick. o.o
