I have graduated form my engineering course and i do not have
any experience yet as an engineer. I live in the Philippines and would like to earn a decent living abroad as a civil engineer.where is the best place for me to go?
i want to find a job as a civil engineer.

Unfortunately once you leave your country your degree is worth less then whatever country you go to.
Try getting a job in your country and ask for an overseas transfer.
For example if you come to the US you can either teach, we always need science teachers, or start again in college and then get a good job.

You should check out the ASCE website under careers. You shouldn't have too hard of a time (I graduated last spring and there are jobs everywhere for civil engineers) Good Luck!

search for job don't worry you can have additional qualification to your deg. as CAD/CAM,software courses,SAP ISO .... Tranings etc that will help you a lot
