I have been flirting with this guy for a month, and finallly he asked me if I liked him. I said yes....we were talking through text messages......and on his phone plan his dad is charged for text messaging. So if he texts he will get yelled at.........then he texts "well, are you going to ask me out?"
I text back "& why won't you ask me out?"
My mother is SO old fasion and won't let me date unless the guy asks. Was it stupid of me???? I haven't heard back from him since.............Should I call him? What does his text mean.......why would a guy ask that??

That's not stupid at all. I would have wanted him to ask me out too. I would call him and ask him what his problem is!

Forget him. He just wants to get in your pants. If he liked you, nothing could keep him from making contact with you. Girls, you do not have to pursue the guy. Let him pursue you. Relax, you have years ahead of you. Believe me, if he liked you - you wouldn't be asking a bunch of strangers if he likes you.

Ask him out! He's even told you that he likes you! My gosh, please take this opprotunity to go out with him. Even if you have to ask him out. And your mom doesn't have to know who asked out who.
