Face it: if you *do* anything at all, you already are making the first move. But before you take any action at all, you might do well to spend some time thinking about just what it is you like about him, what your intentions are, etc., as well as observing people and relationships around you to see 'what works'. And only move forward if a) you're ready to get married, b) no red flags have popped up during your thinking process.
That having been said, if you ever find yourself in a situation where you think a permanent relationship with this person could really happen down the road, may as well make the first move yourself if you feel a move needs to be made. I mean, do you really want him to have total control of the relationship and its progress?

Hey girl, i'm trying to do that too. There's this guy i like and i think he likes me too, but i wanna let him make the first move. You need to show him that you like him of course. By flirting, looking at him. Also, this is something i tried, when i was sitting close to the guy i like, i put my foot about in 2 inches away from his, and waited to see his move, well he moved his foot to mine. When he does that, don't move your foot away. This way, he'll kinda know that you like him too. Show him the 'signs' and eventually he'll know and make the move! Good luck to you! :)

Try making that move by yourself. You'll go crazy waiting for him to come around (from experience).
Don't come off as a s.l.u.t, clingy or desperate. Be confident and be straight forward.

look at him , when he looks in your eyes, smile a little smile, not a big shyt eating grin. he will talk to you if you are his type, if you aren't you may have to make the first move. one word you can always get away with is hey, just look at him, say hey and move on.

get close.go on your computer download that one song called 'i dont see nothing wrong with a little bump and grind' or just look into his eyes pucker your lips and dont say too much.us guys dont like it when a jiber jabers in the heat of the moment.even if your nervous just be quite.

You can't really do anything...you just have to make sure he knows you like him without actually telling him. If he likes you already, and knows you like him then of course he'll make a move. =)

Have your hair down, lipstick or lip gloss, loop earings, skirt, just in case, skimpy panties, lustful bra and sandals or high heels, if he hits on you physically, let him and med makeup and eyeliner. Wear a tight, short sleeved shirt. Make eye contact with him, and don't look like a skank.
