He says he is shy 2 tell me this.He asked me to visit him at his place which I never did so I don't know whether he'll lose interest or not.

Yes, I think arranging to spend time with him could be a good idea. However, I would want to ask a lot of questions before you just go over to his place. Does he live alone, with his family, roommates...? Who will be there with you guys if you go to visit him? Do you know them and trust them?
Personally, I think the first time, it would be better to meet in a neutral place with each of you bringing a friend or two - nice if it's an odd number of people, takes the pressure off, you won't have that Noah's Ark thing (you know, the animals going two-by-two into the Ark?).
And keep things platonic until you're ready to get married. Breakups are not supposed to happen after you 'hook up' (i.e. become sexually active). If you want to know why, find the nearest Bible and take a look at Matthew 19:3-6.

So he says he's too shy to tell you that he likes you? Well, in his own little shy way, didn't he already do so by making that statement? There is nothing to spoil here. If you like him, let him know. Its not like its your birthday and you saw what he bought you. If you like him, let him know and who cares if he'll lose interest. If he does, you don't want to be with anyone that loses interest that quickly. Romance is not that difficult, don't try to make it that way!

there is no such thing as shy, you peeple need to get that through your freakin head, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SHY. shy is spelled FEAR, fear of rejection. shy people would rather other people took a chance so they don't have to face the possibility of rejection and anyone that claims they are shy is manipulating you. don't believe that crap. if he wants to get closer to you, he is gonna have to muster up a little more backbone. you shouldn't take all the risk. if he loses interest because you wouldn't go to his shack, let him lose it, you have more to lose than he does.if you can spoil it by showing interest, then it wasn't meant to be anyway. that is anxiety you are struggling with, anxiety is the fear of what could happen. knock it off and live your own life, don't let those twits manipulate you.

YOU make the moves.
Have your hair down, lipstick or lip gloss, loop earings, skirt, just in case, skimpy panties, lustful bra and sandals or high heels, if he hits on you physically, let him and med makeup and eyeliner. Wear a tight, short sleeved shirt. Make eye contact with him, and don't look like a skank.
