It is a popular idea that the anti-christ will come to power through politics and the UN possibly. What you think?

It makes a lot of sense.
The UN has totally lost touch with what it was intented to do.
Such as:
On the board of representatives of the commity that steer the Charter of Human Rights Commission, most countries now have some of the worsed record in that respect. Saoudi Arabia, China, Algeria etc...
UNESCO is now mingling in affairs to put a break on some aspect of Free Speech in the name of Religious Symbolism (Islam's symbols that is...)
These are just a few of many exemples of blatant descripencies at the UN.
Will the next secretary general look like a nice man with or a Charismatic leaders that will fall into psychopatic leadership, Yes I beleive now more than ever that the UN may serve countries that are totally against Freedom and basic fondamental Rights and Equality for all.

Well, from what I know of the Christian bible, it is interpreted that the antichrist will come from the Middle East. Given that most countries in the middle east are Islamic, and many Islam countries have theocracies, that is, rule by church leaders, most likely you will find your antichrist among them. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the UN or not, but I suppose that is possible.

That is a question that calls for speculation on a coming event and not one of us can predict what the future holds. Wouldn't it best serve your purpose to live in "Today"...the present which God has given you to the best of your ability. You may be gone tomorrow and so might I. Treasure each moment and let the present day have all your energy. Don't worry about tomorrow because God is in control and all things will happen according to His Will.
