I love sausage and cheese to begin with. Then I always order extra tomato sauce, green peppers, mushrooms, black olives and onions. If I am having company over, I will order several of these full fledged meals. Heavenly is the word that comes to mind when I am consuming this marvelous combination. I usually have a large cooler filled with juices and pops available, for all who want to participate. While I am eating this food, nothing else in life can bother me. Alfredo pizza sauce with chicken...
The Sauce
- -----------
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1-2 cups heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and stir in the flour
until
thick. Add milk and scald it, stirring constantly. Immediately reduce
heat to
low and add the whipping cream (to make desired amount of sauce). Heat
through,
adding optional seasonings and/or cheeses
The Pizza itself
- --------------------------
Add cooked chicken. I used grilled chicken but cook it how you like
Add bacon (optional)
Add spinach (optional)
Add any other toppings you think work

cheese pizza with uncooked tomatoes and veggie spice on top. i used to work at little Cesar's and towards the end of my time there it was the only thing i still liked.
