I have braces though. I don't know if that changes things

Ok so if da yellow squares stay. Can u whiten them after u know when da braces r taken off?

Use Arm and Hammer, but don't use anything with floride in it. Floride has been proven to be bad for teeth as well as gums, in the long term; and don't drink water treated with floride. It's a run off degrading chemical from the factories that produce aluminum products. (see: garynull.com for the report on floride) Also, be careful with too much peroxide with that. Buy the Arm and Hammer with Peroxide in it. Too much will weaken the gums and cause receeding gums.

if you still have your braces, you really dun wanna whiten your teeth until they come off, because you will have little yellow squares on your teeth. but the tooth paste that the others have been advising are gd,

i just wear brace and my teeth become yellow. my tooth paste is Darlie but i also use Listerin so it wont turn into yellow very badly.
if you dont use brace anymore u may ask your dentist for bleaching your teeth to whitening it.

absolutely do not use ANY kind of whitening material in your mouth when you are wearing braces. this includes toothpaste and rinses.

using them will create more problems for you than i care to type.
