Homophobia has been around AT LEAST since Sodom and Gomorrah went down in flames (somewhere around 1892 BC). It's not new at all, and the last time I heard it wasn't a religion itself, but part of most religions.

It is not a religion. It is the result of narrow minded people who are unwilling to open there minds and see that gay / lesbian people are just looking to love someone of the same sex. There is nothing wrong with that. My partners father was homophobic for a long time. He has a whole new understanding on gay people. He no longer is homophobic. In fact he supports gay rights.

I'm not homophobic, but I don't want my kids told by a teacher that it's okay for a man to marry a man when we as a family feel it's wrong. If you're not going to teach religion, don't teach a six-year-old about sexual orientation. Homosexuality is a choice. Maybe some people feel they were "born that way", okay, whatever. Just don't tell me I have to accept it. Live the way you want, just don't force it on me.

Not unless your in an Islamic country...and even there its a mixed bag.
They are against gay marriage but for gay culture.
Ok, dont get offended....i support gay rights...fine with me.
Heres the deal though, in Islam, men are separated away from woman and spend all their time together, so Islam actually has the highest homosexuality rates, yet Muslims are the biggest gay bashers....

Its a phobia, not religion. God is against homosexuals and wiped out complete cities over it. It is a sin. There are many sins and we ALL are sinners just in different ways.

there is no new religion , islam is the last message from allah . all the messages have called for islam .
christianity ( the real one ) is a message as well as jewish
