A man lives in an apartment on the 25th floor every day when he gets back from work he goes up to the 15th floor, gets off and runs up the rest of the way, why?

He is too short to hit the 25th floor button.

The man is a dwarf. He can reach the lobby button so he goes all the way down in the morning. But he can only reach as high as the 15th floor button; so unless someone happens to be in the elevator with him to push the 25th floor button, he must walk the last ten floors.

cuz he's a midget!!! there is a different version. i like it better cuz i think its more confusing. A man lives on the 45th floor of an apartment building. On rainy days and when there is somebody else in the elevator, he takes the elevator to and from his apartment, but on sunny days, he will take the elevator from his apartment to the lobby but walks up the 45 flights of stairs when he returns home. Why doesn't he just take the elevator all the time?
