i'll assume tablespoon... still, unfortunately all dirt is not created equal so i can only give you an approximation... the typical range is 12% - 20%... here is a sample:
oklahoma 'black gold' (rich, a little goes a long way) 20%
tennesee 'mountain blue' (a little too earthy for me) 15%
georgia 'red clay' dirt (fabulous btw) 12%
