How can you tell if someone is a terrorist by looking at their skin or the kind of clothes they wear?

I'm not trying to tell a joke here, i'm being serious. We like to say all these people are terrorists, but how do you really know? I think there is no way to tell until some stuff jumps off. I'm not trying to be funny

NO can do! But you can play the odds and save a lot of time by not searching the 85 yr.old white lady in the wheelchair. It is not racist to observe profiles with statistically significant probabilities. You may miss the one in one hundred million crippled white grandma with a bomb in her purse, but you will focus you limited resources where the odds have historically shown the best results.

There are exceptions. I know, I am one. I was a long haired, black leather jacket, bearded, biker boot teen. Although I was not involved in drugs, theft, or crime of any kind. But I got pulled over by the Police WEEKLY! I hated them for it. But as I grew up, I began to realize that so many people with my appearance were some of the better candidates to take a second look at. I finally realized that it was the criminals and miscreants who dressed like I did that were the source of my problems, not the cops.

Honest, law abiding Muslims, or people from Asia minor should blame all those who Jihadists for skewing the statistics in their favor.

You can't! You can't judge a book by its cover; to use an old cliche. That isn't to say that because a number of terrorists are of one ethnicity, that people don't look at a particular appearance and wonder if they might be a terrorist due to stereotyping. A certain amount of profiling goes into determining what types of people are prone to certain behaviors based on background, demographics, culture, etc.

Like I always have told my children when teaching them of stranger dangers, not everyone that looks nice is really nice. You can't tell a bad person by how they appear sometimes. Sometimes you just have to be cautious regardless of how someone looks.

You can't tell by looking at someone if they are a terrorist.
You can, however, create a profile based on what the people look like in the part of the world where your current enmies reside, or what the people who say they want to kill all Americans tend to look like. Combine that with the skin collor of the people who have already attacked and killed many of your citizens, and you start to get the idea that people who look like this should get most of your attention and resources.
