Preferably not lifting weights..I don't have access to a gym.

Buy some cheap dumbells- probably around 2 pounds each. Do as many reps as you can, probably around 50-60 curls- 3 times in a row until your arms burn. Do this every other day for a few weeks, then every day once you get used to it. The key to burning flab is high repetition with low weight- This will tone your muscles within 6-8 weeks you will see good results if you follow my advice. I'm a personal trainer and have seen great results when my clients follow this routine :) PS- you can find these dumbells at Fred Meyers. They are plastic and pink.

by making ur body bigger? hahah.. kiddin..

exercise seems to be the best way out. lifting weights need not be done at a gym. u can fill up water bottles with sand or something else and use them as weights =)

You could use a resistance band if you don't like to use weights to build muscle and reduce fat. Repetition is key. Do at least 3 sets of 20 repititions everyday. take care.

Umm... Try push ups... Or do you remember when you were in elementary school and your P.E Teacher had you extend ur arms and make circles in the air... that really works... do it long enough everyday... and see the results...
